খ। সফটওয়ারটি কার্যক্রমের জন্য ডোমেইন (Domain) ও হোস্টিং (Hosting)প্রয়োজন । আপনি চাইলে আমাদের কাছে থেকে নিতে পারেন আমরা সকল কিছু সেটাপ করে দিব।
গ। সফটওয়ারটি পোস্টপেইড সিস্টেম অর্থাৎ- পর্বের মাসের বিল বর্তমান মাসে নিতে পারবেন। আপনি চাইলে এটা পরিবর্তন করে নিতে পারবেন আমাদের কাছে প্রিপেইড ও পোস্টপেইড দুটাই রয়েছে। সেটাপ এর জন্য অতিরিক্ত কোন চার্জ নেই। অথবা আপনি সফটওয়ারটি নিজেও সেটাপ করতে পারবেন। সফটওয়ারটির সাথে ফ্রি এন্ড্রয়েড অ্যাপ পাবেন।
ঘ। সফটওয়ারটি সেটাপ এর পর আপনার ইমেইল ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগিন করে আডমিন ড্যশবোর্ডে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন।
ঙ। সফটওয়ারটি কার্যক্রমঃ-

১। সদস্যকে (অ্যাড,ইডিট,ডিলেট) করতে পারবেন ও এর সাথে সদস্যের সেবার নাম, মাসিক চার্জ, ফোনে এসএমএস পাঠাতে ও প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্ট ইত্যাদি নিতে পারবেন।
২। কর্মচারিকে (অ্যাড,ইডিট,ডিলেট) করতে পারবেন ও এর সাথে কর্মচারিকে ড্যশবোর্ডে কি কি অ্যাক্সেস দিবেন তা নির্ধারণ করে দিতে পারবেন।
কর্মচারি লগিন করে ড্যশবোর্ডে তার অ্যাক্সেস অনুযায়ী কার্যক্রম করবে।
৩। বিল তৈরি করতে পারবেন ও বিল তৈরির সাথে সাথে সদস্যের ফোনে এসএমএস চলে যাবে (বিলের পরিমান , বকেয়া ও বিলের শেষ তারিখ )।
৪। বিল নিতে পারবেন ও বিল নেয়ার সাথে সাথে সদস্যের ফোনে এসএমএস চলে যাবে (বিলের পরিমান ও বকেয়া থাকলে বকেয়ার পরিমান)।
৫। বকেয়া নিতে পারবেন । চাইলে বকেয়া সাথে সদস্যের ফোনে এসএমএস দিতে পারবেন।
৬। সকল রিপোর্ট দেখতে পারবেন। যেমন - দৈনিক, সপ্তাহিক মাসিক, বাৎসারিক ও মোট এছারা সদস্য ও কর্মচারিদের আলাদা রিপোর্ট দেখতে পারবেন। এবং প্রিন্ট করতে পারবেন।
৭। পেমেন্ট অ্যাড করতে পারবেন।
৮। ব্যয় অ্যাড করতে পারবেন।
৯। এসএমএস কাস্টমাইজ করতে পারবেন।
১০। ব্যবসার লগো, নাম ও ঠিকানা পরির্তন করতে পারবেন ইত্যাদি।
